The appliance must never be immersed in water. Never place it in a dishwasher to clean it.Q. How often should I descale my bottle warmer?

Q.A programme could be selected but not started - the device emits an acoustic signal (5 short beeps) when the user tries to start some programme.
Q. One program was started with insufficient amount of water. This is a signal that device is not cooled down to be restarted again (you can accelerate cooling down by pouring 200ml cold water into water reservoir that you will pour out after cooling down). Pour the amount of water indicated on the Bottle & Jar Warmer Chart into water reservoir, select and start the programme again.Q. LEDs are blinking in sequence.

When the water in the base runs out before the end of the heating or keep warm period, does this damage the baby bottle?
A. No, the device is designed in a way that the power is switched off from the heating plate. The accumulated heat in the plate is used for completing the keep warm or heating cycles. Q. What are the implications if the keep warm function fails to turn off and the device is left on and very hot.
A. The keep warm function simply works by using the left heat inside the plate without additional electric heating. By pressing the ON/Off button and/or pulling the plug, the device can be switched turn off, but might be still warm. Q. Can I use pouches in the MAM Electric Steriliser & Express Bottle warmer?
A. Because the contents of food pouches cannot be stirred to distribute the heat evenly, hotspots are unavoidable. This means that there is a risk of burning baby's mouth. To avoid this risk, always empty the contents of a food pouch into another container (e.g. MAM Storage Solution) before heating. Then simply warm it according to the product instructions.
